Chicken with Italian Dressing

This recipe is pretty simple.

Four to Six thawed, skinless, boneless chicken breasts chopped into bite-size pieces.
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 red bell pepper chopped
1/2 green bell pepper chopped
1/2 bottle of Italian Dressing
cooked rice

Cook chicken chuncks in skillet until done and drain juice. Place chicken and rest of ingredients in skillet and saute until vegetables are tender. Serve over rice.

Mmm. . .my family has long loved chicken marinated in Italian dressing, then grilled or broiled (depending on weather), but I hadn't thought to add vegetables to it. I bet it would make really good kabobs!
